The houses Casas Bolonia are located in the natural reserve of Playa de Bolonia in an estate of 4 hectares. The surroundings are spectacular: The sandy beach of Playa de Bolonia and not to forget the well preserved ruins of the old Roman harbour village of Baelo Claudia are at two km distance from the houses.

It is located 12 km from the surfers paradise of Tarifa and near Algeciras,  the entrance to Africa and the rock of Gibraltar.
On clear days you can see the African coast quite clearly.

The airport of Malaga is a two hours drive, Jerez de la Frontera 1 hour and Seville 2 hours.

It is the ideal place for bird watching, you can spot many different species from March until May and from August till November during the migration from and to Africa.
Also excursions are organised to watch dolphins and whales, visits to Africa, Cadiz, Seville and Jerez de la Frontera are also quite achievable. You can play golf, surf, enjoy horse riding and diving.

The three houses of Casas Bolonia are built around a terrace. Casa Bolonia Verde and Casa Bolonia Azul are used as holiday rentals and the third house is the dwelling of the owner.
Casa Bolonia Verde consists of a living room and American kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and a small attic where two people (children) can sleep under the beams.

Casa Bolonia Azul consists of a living room with a wood burning stove, an American kitchen and a bathroom. It is ideal for two people.
