Casa el Concejo is located in the village of Conchar, 3 km from the main road, 15 minutes drive from Granada. It is situated at the edge of the village and surrounded by lemon and orange trees.

The house consists of two floors. Downstairs there are two bedrooms. On the groundfloor there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and another bedroom.

In front of the house is a magnificent terrace, from which you can admire the view of the village and the peaks of Sierra Nevada.

On the roof there is a terrace, where you can enjoy the sun in the late afternoon.

This house is not suitable for children aged between one and four.
