The houses Villas Periana are situated at 1,5 km from the village of Periana in the middle of the Axarquia, 600 metres above sea level. From the houses, the restaurant and the pool you have a fabulous view of the surrounding land with the Viñuela Lake below and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Malaga is an hours’ drive away, the beach half an hour. It is an ideal place to go on holidays and is very suitable for children. The Sierra de Tejeda and Almijara Natural Park is close by and offers many possibilities for walking and enjoying nature.

The 10 casitas are situated on a plot of 20.000 m². You can enjoy the swimming poo with excellent viewsl, which is surrounded by grass, all year round. Kids can play with the swings, the slide, table football, table tennis and jeux de boules. You can also the local livestock – sheep, free range chickens strolling around the grounds.

The casitas are built in the traditional style of the Axarquia, with high beamed roofs, which you can see the structure of inside the house.

Swimming pool 12 x 6 m open all year round.

All the casitas have a living room with a fire place with a glass door, an American kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The casitas are either one or two bedrooms.

In every house there are some electric radiators for additional heating in winter and air conditioning for the hot summer.

From the 10 casitas, 6 have capacity for 4 people, 4 for 2 people.

In front of each house is a terrace with table and chairs so that you can eat outside and enjoy the fantastic views.

Around the swimming pool you can find deckchairs.

The restaurant, which has a large terrace, is open from Wednesday till Sunday. Here you can enjoy the traditional dishes of the region.
