Near the historic city of Puerto de Santa María and around 200 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Playa de las Redes you can enjoy these two luxurious villas. They are located about 30 km from the airport of Jerez de la Frontera and 90 km from Seville airport in a new development.

Apart from enjoying the beach and the shared swimming pool you can make excursions to the famous sherry cellars in Puerto de Santa Maria, Jerez de la Frontera offers the famous school of Andalusian horses, Cadiz and Seville are of course a must, to enjoy Andalusian city life.

Here you can also find some of the finest golf courses of Europe, Club de Golf Costa Ballena is situated less than 10 km away. Horse riding and sailing are some of the other numerous activities you can do here.

The three villas are built around a shared swimming pool.

Downstairs is a spacious living room with dining corner and a fire place, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small garden. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with two bathrooms.
The houses are equipped with air conditioning and the front garden there is space to park your car.

The guarded communal pool is open from 15 June till 15 September, .

In Low Season and Mid Season there is an additional cost for an additional 5th and/or 6th person of 70 € per week and for an additional 7th an/or 8th person 140 € per week.

Midseason is from 1 May till end of June and from mid September till end October. This also includes Christmas and Easter.
